Most magazines feature the rich and famous, however Elite Events Magazine is on the look out for home-grown divas and gents who rock Toronto’s entertainment scene. Elite Events is a publication that covers a wide variety of Toronto’s hypest parties, concerts, and multi-cultural events. We cater to the party-going public, and persons who keep track of, and work in the entertainment and fashion industry. If you’ve got a unique sense of style, Elite Events has an offer for you! Please submit your information if you are interested in becoming part of this innovative and creative venture. Photos are needed for different features and specials appearing in the magazine. Toronto wants to know about you; this will be a unique opportunity to be known by the industry! Have your individual style shine through. Look out for us at upcoming events taking exclusively hot photos and featuring cutting-edge looks in each issue. These are the features that either appear as permanent columns, or in alternating issues. We need your pictures for the following sections: Hair Shine …dedicated to those who had their hair done in a particular style for an event they went to. Any photograph that does not reflect Elite Event Magazine’s standard (well lit, nicely posed, make-up done properly) will not be used. The magazine will also spotlight the hairstyle and the salon where the style was done in a brief blurb. Fashion Clip and Snip A person who may not have made it to the gold carpet or the “I rocked that” section, but rocked a look that was exquisite and unique will be showcased here! Gold Carpet We want the Elite… well lit, dressy, formal and current pictures; ones preferably that are not already plastered all over Facebook or Myspace. This section is dedicated to those who have taken particular care to dress-up for a specific event. The poses should reflect professional model-like images. I Rocked That Look If you are wearing something that is in style and you made it your own then you have “rocked” that look. Be sure to know if you are an early adapter or a late follower. Model Spotlight … Will spotlight a model and showcase some of her/his work and what they’ve done in the industry. Style Me Hype Anyone doing well in the industry; make up artists, hairstylists, fashion designers, nail technicians, or if you’re in demand making high raves and exceptionally good at what you do; then “Style Me Hype” is the section for you. T.O on the Go - Outta Town …Meaning you left Toronto to attend a special event These are some other topics that we will be highlighting on in the magazine. We will be needing advertisers and promoters for these sections: Flopped events Dating and Sex Debt Fashion Sexy Tattoos Finally Did It - Marriage Stories (need photos from couples) Who to look out for- Up and Comers Health Violence in the Industry Late night Restaurants Promoters - events they are doing, events that went well, who they are as promoters, how they promote, how they get people to come to the events, etc. Artists – promotion, interviews, international and Canadian based. Power couples in the industry- those that are well known or have a relationship that is considered above average. They make moves together, they are a team, they compliment each other and most important, they are in love. Club Spotlighting …Spotlighting clubs, parties, events or venues as well as the location and how often events are held there (should be among the information in this section). Spirituality …Talks about God and is an encouragement for all those in the industry and also for those who read it. Elegant Backs …Showcases excellence in what individuals wore (whether formal or semi casual). Ladies Clutch Me Tonight - Hot clutch bags that were seen. Walk On Spikes - Showing off sexy pumps that were crazy good looking, High-waisted pants, dresses and suits. Gentlemen …Dressed to impress? Pimped out in a suit? This will showcase the men at these events that were in suits, or had funky ties. I am looking for bold photographers to represent Elite Events Magazine when there are big events being hosted in the city such as Wayne Warner, White affair, and etc. We will be right there to capture the event using the Elite Events’ backdrop with the Elite Event Magazine logo. This way we will have exactly what we are looking for, for each feature. Elite Events wants to snap pictures of the elite event goers that attend these parties. To all interested: Try getting your pictures done professionally by the photographer at the events, or done before you go out. Photos should be done before dancing to ensure the best quality and that it reflects Elite’s standards for print. If they are not up to Elite Event Magazine’s standards they will not be used.
